These Terms and Conditions direct the use of the Jewelry Direct website and the purchase of any merchandise from it. Jewelry Direct is an Australian owned and run company. We are an online store only, based in Bellevue Hill, Sydney, NSW 2023 Australia (phone 0407 265 932). The website is owned and operated by Jewelry Direct (ABN 214 361 655 49).

Shipping and Return
Shipping within Australia
Shipping within Australia is free and merchandise is sent with Australia Post Registered Parcel Post. Goods can only be delivered to the address of the purchasing credit card.
Delivery Information (Australia)
Upon receipt of funds, merchandise is shipped within 3-5 working days. For peak period it may take longer. If your order is not shipped within 3-5 days we will contact you per email.
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. We ask that you only contact Jewelry Direct with any delivery enquiries after the 15 working day delivery period has expired. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
International Shipping
Shipping to international addresses is subject to a shipping fee. International shipping will incur a cost depending on country and shipping method. This will be added at the check out.
It is the personal responsibility of the consumer that you comply with your countries customs laws in regards to duties, taxes and Excise. Any extra additional charges relating to these matters are to be paid by the consumer. Please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time.
Shipping cost:
Although we will do our very best to adhere to above estimate delivery times we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Jewelry Direct accepts Visa and MasterCard as payment options when purchasing merchandise off this website. Our checkout pages are Securely Served and encrypted using 128 bit SSL, Credit Cards are verified in real time using DPS.
Return Policy – Please Choose Wisely
At Jewelry Direct we are confident in our merchandise and believe you will be happy with your purchase.
We will meet our obligation under the relevant State Legislation to provide remedy if the merchandise are faulty, different from the sample shown or are not as described.
At Jewelry Direct we are not obliged to provide a refund, credit or exchange if you, the consumer:
- changed your mind, decided you no longer want the merchandise for whatever reason,
- just don’t like them or found that the merchandise are the wrong size or colour for you,
- found you can buy the same or similar merchandise elsewhere for a cheaper price, or
- Altered and/or tampered with the merchandise in any way.
Please note: Due to health regulations, earrings for pierced ears can not be returned, so please make your selection carefully.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of item’s receipt.
- We offer 100% money back guarantee if the item is not as described or is faulty.
- Australian and International shipping cost is non refundable.
To return merchandise
You must obtain a valid RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning your merchandise.
To obtain your RAN please email: RAN@jewelrydirect.com.au with your:
- Purchase/receipt number
- Contact information including
- Full name as on purchase receipt
- Address of delivery as on purchase receipt
- Daytime business hours (9am – 5pm Mon-Fri) contact phone number
- Purchase price
- Item description and
- Description of fault of the item
We will contact you with a RAN if we find your claim to be legitimate. Merchandise will be inspected upon return by an independent registered valuator before final settlement.
Please Note: * All Jewelry Direct merchandise is guaranteed to be as described.
Returning your merchandise:
- The package must be shipped via Registered Mail with the correct RAN written on the front of the envelope.
- The package must be insured for the full value of the Jewelry (As stated on the JAR or Valuation certificate).
- The merchandise must be complete in its original form and packaging, accompanied by the supplied identifying certificates and proof of purchase.
Jewelry Direct is not responsible for loss or damage of merchandise whilst being returned for a refund or is not returned in the way set out above. |
